Justin Hill

Justin’s tenure with Medic Ambulance began in 2013, when he joined the team as an Emergency Medical Technician. His eagerness to learn and knack for problem-solving quickly caught the attention of his superiors. Promotions followed, each expanding his responsibilities and showcasing his ability to adapt and excel in new domains. From streamlining internal processes to spearheading the company's digital transformation, Justin’s impact has been both tangible and transformative. In 2014 he became Medic’s Safety Officer, overseeing safety standards and protocols and becoming a point person for all safety issues, questions, and concerns, for employees for all Medic. Also in 2014, Justin was promoted to the Logistics Manager, overseeing all aspects of Medics' logistical operations, overseeing maintenance of our fleet, and supervising the logistics team in both our Sonoma and Solano divisions. In 2022, Justin became the Regional Director of logistics for all of Medics properties and our SCFD-EMS partnership.

Justin’s career path is a testament to the power of continuous learning, adaptability, and unwavering dedication. He embodies Medic's core values of honesty, professionalism, and collaboration. Justin holds an impressive amount of skills and certifications and was also nominated for The Jason Comer Excellence in EMS.  As he looks ahead, Justin is eager to continue driving positive change and shaping Medics’ next chapter of growth.
